We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to support internal IT infrastructure, assist with technical project operations, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, assisting in technical project execution, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. You will work closely with the development, operations, and AI teams to provide technical support, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Project Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
• Internal IT Infrastructure Support: Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with system engineers, developers, and project managers to provide technical support.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.

• Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
• Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud services).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
