We’re rapidly expanding in the US market and are looking for an experienced Online Sales Representative with a strong background in SaaS B2B sales, preferably to clients in the construction, property management, or facility management industries.

This is a full-time remote position working US business hours.

• Drive end-to-end online B2B sales for Inspekt AI’s SaaS solutions — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
• Identify and engage potential clients within the construction, property management, and building services sectors
• Conduct online meetings, demos, and presentations tailored to the customer’s workflow and operational needs
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as facility managers, property owners, and contractors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Provide feedback to the product and customer success teams to help improve the user experience and product-market fit

• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within or selling to:
• • Construction companies
  • Facility management firms
  • Property management organizations
• Strong understanding of the US B2B market and online sales processes
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals through virtual channels (LinkedIn, email, Zoom, etc.)
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with measurable targets
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and demonstrate full dedication to the role

• Knowledge of construction workflows, building inspections, or maintenance operations
