The role

As our global presence expands, we are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to support and enhance our compensation strategies across 30 countries. Your role will be pivotal in keeping our rewards competitive by continuously updating salary benchmarks, analyzing market trends, and delivering key insights. As a valued member of the Total Rewards team, reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, your expertise will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent across multiple regions, ensuring our continued growth and success.

This is a remote role for candidates based in Ukraine.

What you will do

  • Continuously update and monitor salary benchmarks for current and upcoming positions to ensure market competitiveness

  • Oversee relationships with benchmarking service providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date data

  • Conduct market trend research and its analysis to anticipate shifts in benchmarks and benefits for adjustment of compensation strategies accordingly

  • Pay review process administration and participation in its optimization

  • Development and optimization of the employee wellness benefits offering
    Deliver actionable people analytics insights (with a focus on the rewards area) and reports to support informed decision-making.

  • Create rewards-related documentation and process description

What you bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in developing global compensation ranges using data from providers

  • Proficiency with Mercer, Korn Ferry platforms, and reports

  • Experience in developing compensation ranges for at least 2 countries

  • At least B2 level English proficiency, both spoken and written

  • Experience with HRIS or other HR systems

  • High focus on data quality and strong attention to detail

  • Flexibility and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT profiles and compensation structures

  • Familiarity with reports from Ernst & Young, AON, WTW, and local providers

  • Skills in analyzing and creating benefits packages
