The role

We continue growing our SDR team in Colombia and hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Ideals Board GTM in North America.

You’ll be joining Ideals Board, our fast-growing SaaS platform, as we embark on an ambitious mission to replicate the global success of Ideals VDR. Backed by the same proven leadership, support, and go-to-market playbook, you’ll drive new customer adoption across North America – with a focus on Finance, Healthcare, Education, and Non-profits, among other sectors where secure board collaboration is critical.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across North America

  • Research target personas to deliver an impactful initial contact

  • Book qualified product demos for our Account Executives

  • Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport

  • Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies

  • Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot

What you bring

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to US & Canada markets

  • Strong business communication skills in English – verbal and written

  • Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers

  • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast

  • Fast learning ability and tech-savvy with CRMs and sales tools

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
