The role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist, Learning & Events in Ukraine, to own the operational backbone of our global Sales Enablement function.

In this role, you will ensure smooth execution across Sales Kickoff logistics, quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, LMS and Knowledge Management System administration, certifications, reporting, and process documentation.

This is an execution and process-focused role. You will help enablement programs run smoothly behind the scenes by making sure every process is well-documented, repeatable, and reliably executed. By taking ownership of coordination and operational detail, you will free up the Sales Enablement team to focus on strategy, content, and impact.

Success in this role will be measured by flawless operational delivery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build reliable workflows that the team can depend on.

What you will do

SKO & Event Operations

  • Own end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff: venue sourcing, contracting, speaker coordination, attendee registration, materials production, visa support, and on-site execution

  • Track the SKO budget, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate approval workflows with Finance and Leadership

  • Plan and execute quarterly Sales and Marketing enablement events, from initial scoping through post-event wrap-up

  • Act as the operational liaison between Sales Enablement and cross-functional partners — Sales, RevOps, Marketing, People Ops, and Finance

  • Anticipate dependencies and blockers across workstreams; escalate risks to the right stakeholders promptly

Learning & Knowledge Management

  • Administer the LMS: manage user accounts, enrollments, certification tracking, and completion reporting

  • Keep the Knowledge Management System (Confluence) up to date: maintain landing pages, archive outdated content, and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all pages

  • Design and distribute post-event and post-program surveys; analyze feedback and surface actionable insights for the enablement team

Reporting & Data Operations

  • Produce participation, completion, and engagement reports across enablement programs

  • Maintain data hygiene across tracking systems; identify gaps or anomalies and resolve them proactively

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, event coordination, training administration, or a similar operational role

  • Hands-on experience coordinating internal or external events, ideally large-scale programs with 100+ participants

  • Strong project management and operational execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, milestones, and details simultaneously

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a structured approach to timelines, priorities, resources, and follow-ups

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style when working with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners

  • High attention to detail and the ability to think practically through logistics, risks, dependencies, and possible second-order consequences

  • Strong ownership and execution discipline, with the ability to follow through on commitments and proactively remove blockers

  • Stress resilience and the ability to maintain quality and composure under high-volume deadlines and competing priorities

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a growing Sales Enablement function

Nice to have

  • Experience working in sales, commercial, or SaaS environments

  • Experience with LMS or Knowledge Management tools such as Confluence, Notion, Sana, or similar platforms

  • Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, or approval workflows with Finance

  • Data literacy and reporting experience, including working with participation rates, survey results, certification completion, or engagement metrics

  • Experience using GenAI or AI-powered productivity tools to streamline content creation, reporting, data processing, or operational workflows

  • Exposure to large sales teams or distributed international teams
