Trusted by over 2,000,000 users from 300,000 companies globally, we are on a mission to create more prosperity in the world by accelerating high-stakes business decisions. We achieve this by delivering intuitive and robust software that helps professionals make impactful decisions with less stress, higher quality, and shorter hours. Our key products include:

  • Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR): A secure, cloud-based platform for sharing confidential documents during due diligence, fundraising, M&A, legal transactions, and other business-critical workflows.

  • Ideals Board: A platform for boards and executive teams to streamline governance and enhance decision-making in a fast, secure, and compliant way.

The role

The Sales team is one of the core drivers of Ideals’ growth – 30%+ year-over-year, with a Top 5% ranking on RepVue and consistent Market Leader status on G2. As we scale, we’re hiring a hands-on, people-focused Onboarding Manager to make sure every new sales hire ramps up quickly, confidently, and consistently.

You will own the delivery of structured onboarding programs for new Field Sales and Inside Sales reps, Customer Success Managers – run interactive training sessions and role-plays, and provide ongoing coaching support in close collaboration with sales managers. You will be the key link between sales leadership, the enablement function, and frontline teams – making sure onboarding is not just a one-time event, but a continuous performance driver.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Ukraine, Spain, or Portugal.

What you will do

  • Deliver structured and effective onboarding programs for new sales reps, with a focus on sales techniques, discovery, cold calling, objection handling, and pricing negotiations

  • Design and/or run practical training sessions, role-plays, and practice rounds that help new hires build confidence and real-world skills quickly

  • Maintain onboarding plans tailored to different rep profiles, ensuring faster and more consistent ramp-up times

  • Embed best practices and company-approved sales techniques through regular sessions, practice rounds, and structured feedback loops

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new sales programs, tools, and initiatives across the global sales organization

  • Act as the bridge between sales leadership, the enablement team, and frontline reps — keeping everyone informed, aligned, and moving forward

What you bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales onboarding, sales training, or a Sales/Revenue Enablement role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver onboarding or training programs — running live sessions, role-plays, and coaching conversations with real sales reps

  • Strong facilitation skills: ability to run engaging, interactive training sessions and deliver specific, actionable feedback that reps actually use

  • Solid understanding of the SDR or BDM sales process — you know what a good discovery call, cold call, and objection-handling conversation looks like in practice

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — you will work with global stakeholders, run sessions, and produce onboarding materials entirely in English

  • Reliability and organizational skills — you manage multiple onboarding cohorts in parallel, track progress, and adapt plans when priorities shift

  • Collaborative working style — you know how to build trust with sales managers, reps, and senior leaders at the same time

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or Challenger Sales

  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools: HubSpot, Amplemarket, or any LMS platform

  • Experience with AI-powered tools for training delivery, content creation, or coaching support

  • Background in Learning & Development, HR, or adult education with a pivot towards Sales Enablement

  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment where processes are still being built

  • Exposure to virtual data room (VDR) platforms or knowledge of M&A / financial services deal environments

  • Test Task (written onboarding session design & analysis)

  • Live Role-Play & Feedback Delivery session with the Hiring Manager

  • Hiring Manager interview

  • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
