The role
To support the rapid global growth plans for Ideals VDR, we are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager / Sales Executive to join our team in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to re-engage with our past and inactive Advisory clients, whilst also generating new business opportunities to expand our Advisory client base.
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, strong sales, relationship-building and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities, close deals and nurture client relationships.
This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our specialist Advisory department, and is an ideal opportunity to fulfill a sales career within a multinational, mature yet fast-evolving SaaS environment.
What you will do
Mapping and performing outreach activities, including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messages
Presenting the product to customers, including demonstrations, onboarding and training
Research and study new clients to identify their expected value from the product
Engage with clients through their product journey and ensure an appropriate experience to increase adoption and retention, including regular check-ins
Proactively reactivate churned clients, seek referrals, and find additional projects from the assigned portfolio
Monitor client activity in the VDR, anticipating potential issues, and promptly address them to maintain high client satisfaction
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and achieve trusted partner status
Participate in project activities to improve the Customer Success process or introduce new Customer Success initiatives
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle position
Strong business communication skills in English and Spanish
Knowledge of the best sales techniques for professionally dealing with objections, negotiating, creating proposals, and successful deal closure
Readiness and enthusiasm to take on additional tasks when necessary, along with a responsible and proactive work ethic
Ability to learn fast and adapt based on feedback
Proficiency in building fast rapport with a result-driven mindset
Nice to have
Proven expertise in upselling and cross-selling
Experience in a customer success-focused environment
Previous work experience in the B2B SaaS tech industry
Financial background, knowledge of key players and market trends
