We’re looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years. You’ll mainly work on roles within our Sales and Marketing teams (mostly in the APAC), managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market.

You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor. You’ll be supported with top-tier recruitment tools (Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monday) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.

This is a fully remote role within Malaysia.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager

  • Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networks) to identify top GTM talent.

  • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary

  • Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)

  • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages

  • Maintain project documentation and analytics

  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns

  • Provide excellent candidate experience

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on role requirements, interview structures, and candidate experience

  • Manage projects across APAC (90%) and other international regions (10%)

What we look for

  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales operations

  • Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects

  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour

  • Understanding of international sourcing principles

  • Rapport and relationship-building skills

  • Fluency in English (C2)

  • Proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred: Japanese or Korean

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a competency-based approach in interviewing

  • Strong networking skills

  • Role play with the TA Lead (60 mins)

  • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)

  • Case study (2-3 hours)

  • Hiring Manager interview (60 mins)
