The role

To support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR line of business in Singapore, we’re looking for a field sales Account Executive based in Singapore. You’ll proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities. Engaging proactively with C-suite and key decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you’ll accelerate our continuous revenue growth in the Singapore market.

What you will do
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Singapore
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Singapore and constantly developing new opportunities
Actively contribute to the execution of the sales & marketing strategy for Singapore
Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams

Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
What you bring
2-5 years experience in a full 360 role – from origination to closing – within the B2B or professional services sector
Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers
A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery

Fluency in English (C1 minimum) and fluent-level Mandarin Chinese
Nice to have
SaaS, Financial or Fintech industries background
University degree
