The role
As Ideals continues to expand globally, we are actively seeking a Middle Corporate Legal Counsel to support corporate activities across all business units of the company.
This is a role for a legal specialist who is passionate about international law, since we operate globally, including in the USA, UK, EU, and APAC region.
You will join a team of 7 Lawyers and report to the Head of Legal, working closely with Finance, Tax and Accounting Teams to streamline our operations.
What you will do
Prepare, review, and coordinate corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions (from formations and restructurings to liquidations)
Maintain full compliance of corporate actions with regulatory timelines and statutory requirements of internal governance
Provide accurate and actionable legal support for strategic transactions while minimizing reliance on external counsel
Use tools like PandaDoc and AI to optimize contract workflows and minimize manual routine
Manage end-to-end communication with registries, notaries, and government authorities when necessary
What you bring
2-4 years of experience in corporate law
Business communication skills in English at C1 level (Advanced)
Proven experience of working with EU, UK, or U.S. legal principles
Proven capability in corporate agreement drafting and revision, with hands-on experience in resolutions, ownership restructurings, corporate registrations, and liquidations
Legal tech-savviness and readiness to use digital tools to optimize workflow
A high level of personal responsibility and a “getting things done” attitude, even when faced with unexpected jurisdictional hurdles
