The role
As our team keeps growing, we are looking for a PE Accountant to manage payroll for 180+ Ukrainian PEs and handle employee payroll-related requests. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, Legal, and People Operations, and report directly to the Compensation Manager.
What you will do
Full-cycle management of Ukrainian PE: assisting in the opening and closing of PEs, preparing and submitting PE reports, and calculating taxes
Collecting, verifying, and entering HR and payroll data into payroll software
Ensuring compliance with the established calculation methodology and procedures
Preparing bank files and payment orders for salaries, related taxes, and social contributions
Controlling the maintenance of the internal document storage system
Providing payroll consultations to employees on payroll-related issues
What you bring
At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for Ukrainian private entrepreneurship (ФОП)
Excellent knowledge of local labor law & accounting rules
Advanced Excel skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
