We are looking to hire a Talent Sourcer remotely in Colombia to support our scaling in the Americas. You will utilize your analytical skills and deep understanding of the regional market to contribute to Ideals’ hiring strategy.
You will lead sourcing projects across GTM and other functions, analyzing the funnel to optimize your strategy and drive measurable outcomes. Collaborating daily with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across cultures and departments, you will directly impact Ideals’ growth trajectory.
We are curious about the impact of AI and technology on TA and regularly review our tech stack. What we use: Metaview, GenAI tools (Gemini Pro), LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, SalesQL, Monday, Spark Hire.
What you will do
Employ creative and effective strategies to identify and engage sales candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, social media, user groups, blogs, and other relevant online spaces
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the role’s requirements, the function, and how it fits into the company
Regularly track and analyze pipeline metrics related to sales hires, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders
Devise and execute strategies to build and engage both passive and active talent pipelines for sales positions
Monitor and maintain our existing candidate database, ensuring completeness of candidate profiles
Proactively seek input from the sales team, enjoying a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and discussed
What you bring
2+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing in a dynamic scale-up environment
Experience with sourcing profiles across the Americas
Fluency in English level (C1) with excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills to build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates
A well-equipped sourcing/recruiting toolbox with proficiency in using email extractors, browser extensions, and people aggregator tools to gather comprehensive information on potential candidates
Proficiency in ATS/CRM, with expertise in market research, talent discovery, sourcing strategy optimization, candidate engagement and analytics, AI tools knowledge
Flexibility and adaptability to work with shifting priorities and embrace new tools and methods to achieve outstanding results
Successful track record of sourcing outside of LinkedIn for Sales & Marketing profiles
Nice to have
Experience sourcing within international markets (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)
Experience working with GTM roles
