The role

We are committed to building a world-class, diverse team to sustain this momentum. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years, with a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions mostly in the USA and Europe.
Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market. In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor.
You’ll be supported by specialists in sourcing, TA marketing, and TA enablement, along with top-tier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, Calendly, etc.) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.
This role is fully remote within the US, with a flexible schedule.
Please note that we can only hire in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, Massachusetts, New York, Missouri, New Jersey, and Virginia.
What you will do
Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager
Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)
Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
Maintain project documentation and analytics
Partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with the top talent
Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
Provide excellent candidate experience
Set up partnerships with business domains, engaging with talent communities
Manage hiring projects across the USA, LATAM, and EMEA
What you bring
4+ years of experience hiring sales professionals in the USA
Experience in managing the full-cycle of recruitment projects
Experience hiring and placing outside the US
Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior
Understanding of international sourcing principles
Rapport and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English (C2)
Nice to have
Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing
Strong networking skills
Knowledge of additional languages, e.g. Spanish
Interest in closing non-tech positions
