The Role
Ideals is among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by Sales professionals. The Sales team has been a driving force behind our steady 30%+ YoY growth, consistently generating millions in revenue.
To support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR line of business in Germany, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Frankfurt, eager to fast-track their sales career and fuel our continued double-digit growth.
In this role, you will target key German account decision-makers to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. This role offers the chance to be the first feet on the ground of our DACH expansion and is an ideal starting point for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a high-performing tech environment.
The role is mostly remote, with weekly (once per week) meet-ups in our co-working space in Frankfurt.

What You Will Do
- Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Germany tracking personal sales activities in CRM
- Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
- Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
- Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
- Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
- Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
What We Look For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a software solution or SaaS company
- Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
- Strong business communication skills in English, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
- Native-level proficiency in German
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level)
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
- Experience communicating with the C-suite
- Experience in SaaS industry
Our Interview Process

• Role play and Hiring Manager interview (90 mins)
• Coffee chat with a German-speaking colleague (15-20 mins)
• Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins)
