We’re proud to have over 800 team members across 16 countries, all working together to build the future of hospitality technology.
If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We are seeking an outstanding Product Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on Rentals United, our Channel Manager product. Rentals United is one of the technology leaders in the vacation rentals space, providing an advanced distribution platform for professional short-term rental property managers worldwide. The platform connects property managers to multiple global booking channels in real time, serving as a hub with integrations ranging from OTAs and sales channels to PMSes, including a White Label distribution solution. Since 2014, Rentals United has grown from preventing overbookings to becoming a strategic partner for top STR professionals, helping them execute their sales strategies across the most important channels.
You'll sit at the intersection of growth and retention—owning go-to-market strategy, product storytelling, and the revenue initiatives that matter most. This is a hands-on role where you'll be measured on real outcomes: new revenue, upsell growth, and keeping our best customers.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build the messaging, enablement materials, and competitive content that make our story land—before customers start looking elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-market Plan: Execute product launches end-to-end—from roadmap alignment to launch to post-launch retrospective. You'll define the narrative, build the assets, coordinate across teams, and track whether it actually landed. Not every launch is equal; you'll prioritize based on revenue and retention impact and manage expectations accordingly.
- Positioning and messaging: Own how Rentals United is positioned in the market. That means keeping our core narrative sharp, writing the stories that make sales conversations easier, and making sure every customer-facing team is telling the same story. You'll develop competitive content that proactively counters the all-in-one PMS narrative—before customers start shopping around.
- Sales enablement: Build and maintain the materials that Sales and Customer Success rely on daily — one-pagers, product slides, battle cards, and segment-specific proof points. These need to be current, usable, and actually used. You'll track their usage and update them regularly.
- Retention and upsell: Work alongside Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and arm them with the right content and messaging. Develop upsell plays targeting existing customers — with clear revenue attribution. You'll run regular sessions with CS and support to align on churn objectives and flag risk early.
- White label: This is one of our most strategic revenue lines, and you'll be the marketing owner. That means leading the GTM for new white label products, building the value proposition, creating the enablement materials, and being accountable for white label revenue growth. You'll work closely with the product and commercial teams to keep the pipeline moving.
- Market and competitive intelligence: Track how the market is evolving—what PMS platforms are building, how OTAs are shifting, and where our customers are feeling pressure. Turn that into content and positioning that keeps us ahead. Share insights regularly with Sales, Product, and Leadership.
- Project management: A big part of this role is keeping things moving. You'll run cross-functional initiatives, own the product marketing calendar, coordinate briefs and reviews, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You don't need to do everything, but you need to make sure everything gets done.
What success looks like
- White label revenue grows quarter on quarter
- Upsell initiatives generate measurable pipeline
- Churn reduces in our highest-value customer cohorts
- Product launches land on time with clear messaging and tracked adoption
- Sales and CS always have current, relevant materials to work with
- The competitive narrative is proactive, not reactive
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in hospitality tech, channel management, or a related space
- Strong project management — you'll be running cross-functional initiatives, not just producing assets
- A writer and storyteller who can translate complex product features into clear customer value
- Data-literate enough to track your own impact and adjust accordingly
- Comfortable working independently in a lean team where priorities shift
- Experience working with or within a channel management or PMS environment is a plus
