The Role GuestyPay is a core growth engine for Guesty. As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for the “Internal Sale”—taking customers who have expressed interest and driving them through the final stages of the funnel. You are the bridge between a signed contract and a live, revenue-generating merchant.
This is a high-velocity, junior sales position. You aren’t just an administrator; you are a pipeline driver. Your mission is to use your persuasion, persistence, and problem-solving skills to overcome friction, handle objections, and ensure our users successfully adopt Guesty’s fintech solutions.

- RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED*
- Drive Account Activation: Own a high-volume pipeline of pending applications. You are measured on your ability to turn “Pending” into “Closed-Won.”
- Persuasive Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to motivate users to complete the GuestyPay application process.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns regarding documentation, security, and process complexity. You don’t take “I’ll do it later” for an answer.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor hundreds of accounts simultaneously, ensuring no deal “stagnates” in the funnel for more than 72 hours.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Underwriting and Operations teams to troubleshoot application errors and expedite bank approvals.
- Product Advocacy: Learn the “Why” behind GuestyPay to effectively pitch its value proposition over competitors during the onboarding journey.
- High Energy & Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and view “no” as a challenge, not a setback.
- Payments experience- as a must
- Strong Communication: You can craft compelling emails and hold professional, persuasive phone conversations with business owners.
- Extreme Organization: Ability to manage a dense “to-do” list with zero balls dropped.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Google Suite is a plus.
- Ambition: You are looking to kickstart a career in Fintech or SaaS Sales and are willing to put in the work to master the fundamentals.
