We are looking for a marketing intern to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Rentals United (RU) and Staysense marketing teams across multiple fronts — from content management and campaign execution to HubSpot operations and reporting. You’ll help bring marketing initiatives to life, ensuring smooth coordination between campaigns, assets, and data.
This position is ideal for a proactive, curious, and detail-oriented individual who wants to understand how all areas of marketing work together — from social media to CRM automation.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Distribution
- Schedule and publish posts across social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Adapt existing content (blogs, case studies, guides) into short social formats.
- Engage with audiences and monitor organic performance.
Content Management – Staysense
- Upload, update, and maintain website content (blogs, landing pages).
- Assist with SEO optimization and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to refresh existing materials.
Campaign Promotion
- Support webinar, event, and co-marketing promotions.
- Coordinate email and social assets for launches or product campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance.
HubSpot & Marketing Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining and updating HubSpot lists, workflows, and reports.
- Support the creation and tracking of marketing emails and forms.
- Help with lead management, campaign tagging, and CRM hygiene.
Growth Opportunities
- Learn how campaigns move from strategy → execution → reporting.
- Gain experience with CRM systems and automation tools (HubSpot).
- Build strong fundamentals in digital marketing and project coordination.
Requirements
Must have:
- Curiosity & Adaptability: Excited to learn different marketing areas and tools.
- Execution Focus: Able to follow processes, organize tasks, and get things done on time.
- Digital Awareness: Comfortable using online tools (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn, WordPress).
- Social Media Literacy: Understands how brands communicate online (not a content creator role).
- Collaboration & Communication: Works well with designers, copywriters, and managers.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM.
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools (GA4, Search Console).
- Comfort using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and collaborative.
