We are looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll help solve technical questions related to Guesty’s APIs, webhooks, 3rd party integrations, as well as new feature complexities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests and queries through the use of varied ticketing, content, and task management tools.
  • Advise Enterprise clients on Guesty's best practices on API implementation
  • Lead personal/team projects such as designing & developing new internal tools and processes
  • Create internal knowledge base articles to improve our solve time and client satisfaction.
  • Escalate and resolve issues with the Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • We are searching for 3+ years of experience support engineers
  • Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools, or any equivalent
  • Experience with MongoDB queries.
  • REST API knowledge
  • JavaScript/coding experience - a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with complex technical problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency in English (reading, speaking & writing) - Must!
  • A demonstrated track record of providing prompt and compassionate customer care, using your well-rounded technical and analytical skills.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 13:00 to 22:00 IL time.
  • Experience in AI methodology and tools in the CX world. An advantage
