We're looking for a highly organized and results driven Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead the initiation, planning and development, execution and delivery of cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company's goals. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration across teams, delivering projects on time and within scope, optimising marketing initiatives to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Programme Planning and Execution

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver successful outcomes and achieve project goals on time and in budget
  • Lead cross functional projects including managing initiatives, timelines and deliverables in a dynamic and collaborative manner, leveraging exceptional project management methodologies and interpersonal skills
  • Monitor and measuring progress through setting clear milestones, interdependencies and deadlines, reporting to wider teams on progress
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, overcome obstacles, and proactively ideate on how to drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs
  • Manage the full program lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and analysis

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, applying subject matter expertise ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Leverage tools and technologies to streamline workflows and track program effectiveness aligned to marketing goals and key performance indicators

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, design, content, sales, technology, external vendors and wider teams to streamline workflows and ensure projects and key milestones are delivered on time whilst optimising hand off processes
  • Communicate and influence stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met in a timely manner, owning handoffs between stages
  • Manage multiple projects across global time zones, leveraging project management & communication tools and sophisticated methodologies

Process optimisation

  • Ensure project management is working effectively across the teams, laddering up to overarching programme management goals
  • Oversee the integration and use of marketing tools and technologies to enhance performance where relevant
  • Continuously assess and improve methodologies, creating and implementing change management strategies that maximise team efficiency and outcomes

Performance Reporting

  • Track, monitor and report on campaign performance, project initiative updates pre, during and post project delivery
  • Generate informative reports and gather data driven insights for each project initiate aligned to key performance indicators and marketing goals
  • Analyse, evaluate and provide recommendations to optimise performance and process for future integrated marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience of project management across marketing within a global organisation, ideally with a B2B SaaS background
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver multi project programs simultaneously, meet deadlines and bring stakeholders together to deliver successful outcomes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders, leaders and partners with ability to translate and convey complex ideas
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Highly organised with a passion for planning and execution, equipped with the methodologies to run programmes and project initiatives
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and events
  • Exceptional programme management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
