Guesty is seeking an experienced dynamic Projects and Processes manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role is pivotal in driving technology-driven initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, particularly in the areas of AI and automation, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end project cycles while designing and implementing workflows that optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
This role will involve project management, processes & automation design and implementation, data analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing workflows and developing new scalable business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI-based solutions.
- Implementation of new processes and tools, providing hands-on support to the CX team for adopting new tools and processes.
- Planning the required data, reports, and dashboards for new projects and processes.
- Plan and manage projects by defining goals and plans, and taking ownership of the deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and automation strategies that streamline customer support and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/business management or economics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or process engineering positions in a high-tech company or management consulting firm.
- Experience using Zendesk - an advantage!
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in customer support or customer experience - advantage!
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications
