About BuyAssociation

BuyAssociation is one of the UK’s most established property investment consultancies, helping investors source high-quality off-plan residential opportunities across the country. We are part of the GetGround Group, the global platform that makes buy-to-let property investment simpler, smarter and more profitable for thousands of investors worldwide. Together, we guide buyers from initial enquiry through to keys-in-hand and beyond.

The role

Completions are where the buyer journey becomes real and where great progression makes the difference between a smooth handover and a stressful one. As Completions Sales Progressor, you’ll own the buyer relationship from exchange of contracts through to practical completion, coordinating across developers, mortgage brokers, solicitors and our group partners to make sure every completion lands on time and every buyer feels looked after.

What you’ll do

  • Manage buyers through the full lead-up to completion, acting as their main point of contact and trusted guide.

  • Communicate construction and site updates clearly and proactively from exchange of contracts through to practical completion.

  • Liaise daily with mortgage brokers, estate agents and solicitors to keep cases moving and ensure completions take place on time.

  • Keep all parties, buyers, developers, intermediaries and internal teams aligned and informed at every stage.

  • Refer buyers to our group partners at the right moments in the journey (Hapi Lettings, furniture packs, and other GetGround Group services).

  • Handle a varied caseload across multiple developments and developers simultaneously, adapting to each site’s specifics.

  • Spot risks to completion early, mortgage offer expiries, solicitor delays, snagging issues and resolve them before they escalate.

  • Maintain accurate records of buyer status, communications and key milestones in our CRM and pipeline trackers.

  • Champion a smooth developer exit and a five-star buyer experience as the two go hand in hand.

Who you are

  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple buyers, sites and deadlines without dropping a thread.

  • Genuinely interested in the buyer journey and the developer exit, you care about getting both right.

  • A confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and over email with brokers, solicitors and clients alike.

  • Calm under pressure, especially as completion dates approach and parties need shepherding to the line.

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating across sales, operations and partner teams.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, you chase, you confirm, you don’t assume.

Experience you will have

  • 2 - 4+ years experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, new-build property, mortgages or estate agency.

  • Familiarity with off-plan and new-build completions processes.

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and case-management tools.

  • Exposure to buy-to-let or investor-focused property sales.
