We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join us on a 3-month contract to support hiring of the worlds best engineering talent.
This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll partner closely with hiring partners to build strong pipelines of high-quality engineering talent.
What you’ll be doing
Proactively source Software Engineers across a range of disciplines and levels
Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels
Craft compelling outreach messages that convert passive candidates
Screen candidates for technical alignment and role fit
Partner with hiring partners to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies
Track activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS
What we’re looking for
Proven experience sourcing Software Engineers in a technical environment
Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and candidate profiles
Advanced sourcing skills
Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract role
Nice to have
Experience working in fast-paced or scaling teams
Previous contract or project-based sourcing experience

Day rate: Competitive / dependent on experience
