We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join us on a 3-month contract to support hiring of the worlds best engineering talent.

This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll partner closely with hiring partners to build strong pipelines of high-quality engineering talent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively source Software Engineers across a range of disciplines and levels

  • Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels

  • Craft compelling outreach messages that convert passive candidates

  • Screen candidates for technical alignment and role fit

  • Partner with hiring partners to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies

  • Track activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience sourcing Software Engineers in a technical environment

  • Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and candidate profiles

  • Advanced sourcing skills

  • Confident communicator with a candidate-first mindset

  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a contract role

Nice to have

  • Experience working in fast-paced or scaling teams

  • Previous contract or project-based sourcing experience

Contract details

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Day rate: Competitive / dependent on experience

  • Start: ASAP (flexible)
