This role is perfect for someone who:

  • loves solving problems

  • thrives in ambiguity

  • has strong emotional intelligence

  • enjoys being both strategic and hands-on

  • Loves people analytics

  • Wants a steep learning curve in a fast-moving environment

You'll support a full spectrum of people initiatives, while also taking on important operational tasks to keep the People team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

People Partnering & Support

  • Work with GetGrounders to understand team challenges and support them with practical, thoughtful people solutions.

  • Help shape org design work

  • Support managers in building strong team cultures, clarity, and ways of working.

Culture, Performance & Development

  • Support performance processes, feedback cycles, and capability-building initiatives.

  • Use high emotional intelligence to read situations, support employees, and help teams navigate complexity.

  • Contribute ideas that support engagement, resilience, and growth mindset across teams.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Use data to identify trends, spot issues early, and help design simple, effective solutions.

  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and analysis that guide People decisions.

AI & Future-of-Work Exploration

  • Stay curious about how AI is changing organisational design, roles, and people workflows.

  • Help introduce AI-powered tools and practices to drive operational performance for the People team and the wider business.

People Operations & Admin

  • Get involved in the day-to-day tasks that keep the People team running smoothly:

    • maintaining systems

    • preparing documents

    • coordinating processes

    • supporting onboarding/offboarding

    • organising people data and records

  • Approach admin with care, accuracy, and a positive, “no job too small” attitude.

What You Bring

Mindset & Behaviour

  • Deep curiosity, about people, psychology, organisations, and how work is evolving.

  • High emotional intelligence and strong people instincts.

  • Calm under pressure and able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

  • Growth mindset, an open, reflective, and eager to learn fast.

  • Scrappy, proactive, and happy to jump into any task, big or small.

  • Strong intrinsic drive and resilience.

Capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Clear communication skills.

  • Confident with data and able to learn new tools quickly.

  • Good attention to detail while still able to think in systems and patterns.

  • Experience in People/HR, operations, or a relevant role.

  • Experience working with or supporting international teams is a plus but not required.

Why Join Us

  • This is a career-accelerating role: you’ll learn rapidly, take on meaningful scope, and work closely with senior leaders.

  • You’ll help shape the People function of a scaling, international company.

  • You’ll get to work on a mix of strategic and operational projects, gaining exposure across the full People spectrum.

  • You’ll join a team that values curiosity, experimentation, and high performance.
