The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Partner to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across our UK and Philippines operations. You will be able to pivot from hiring some of the worlds best Software Engineers into our London team, through to hiring for our corporate functions in the UK and Philippines. This is your chance to build the teams that will redefine property investment, working at the forefront of PropTech and AI innovation. Who You Are

We are looking for someone to own the hiring strategy for GetGround - this is your change to define what excellence in hiring can look like. In addition you will be:

A Resilient Problem-Solver Hiring rarely goes to plan. When candidate pipelines dry up, roles evolve mid-search, or offers fall through, you stay calm and find a way forward. You treat challenges as opportunities to innovate, not reasons to slow down.

You experiment with unconventional sourcing strategies, craft messaging that stands out, and find talent in places others overlook. You know the best candidates often aren't actively looking but also appreciate having an amazing talent brand is critical to hiring well.

AI-Curious and Ready to Experiment You're genuinely excited about how AI is changing recruitment and eager to test new tools, workflows, and approaches. You understand we're building an AI-first company, and you want to be part of exploring what that means for how we hire.

Relentlessly Results-Driven You set clear goals and hold yourself accountable to them. Every metric matters such as time to hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates and you continuously refine your approach to improve outcomes. You know that great hiring directly impacts company success.

Exceptionally Organised You juggle multiple searches across different functions and geographies without missing a beat. Your processes are tight, your communication is proactive, and hiring managers trust you completely. You bring order to complexity.

Strategic in Your Thinking You don't just react to hiring needs; you anticipate them. You partner with leadership to understand business goals, identify future talent requirements, and build strategies that position us ahead of our growth curve.

Scrappy and Action-Oriented You know when to build the perfect system and when to move fast with what works. You're hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the right people in the door. No task is beneath you when it drives results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby our ATS platform

  • Background in fintech, proptech, or high-growth startups

  • Experience building employer branding initiatives

  • Knowledge of UK employment law and right-to-work requirements

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end recruitment across UK and Philippines, from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding

  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches

  • Sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools

  • Delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values

  • Tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes

  • Scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly
