The Role
We're seeking a versatile Talent Partner for a 3 month fixed term contract who thrives on variety and impact. You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, hiring exceptional people across both technical and non-technical functions. You will hire exceptional talent across our product and technology teams as well as corporate functions. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to build teams that will shape GetGround's future.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment across tech (Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Growth) and non-tech (Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success) roles
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and develop innovative sourcing strategies
Drive hiring excellence by creating exceptional candidate experiences, from first contact through to offer and onboarding
Source proactively using creative channels, AI tooling (Juicebox, Metaview, Ashby etc), networking, and market mapping to find passive candidates
Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Champion our employer brand and act as an ambassador for GetGround's culture and values
Optimise our hiring process by implementing best practices, improving metrics, and leveraging data to make better decisions
Who You Are
3 + years' experience in talent acquisition, with proven success hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
Tech recruitment expertise: You've successfully hired Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, or other technical specialists, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment
Proactive sourcer: You know how to find talent that isn't actively looking and can build compelling outreach campaigns
Data-driven: You track metrics, analyse funnel performance, and use insights to continuously improve
Stakeholder management pro: You can influence senior hiring managers, push back when needed, and build trusted partnerships
Exceptional communicator: You craft compelling role briefs, give honest feedback to candidates, and keep everyone informed
Process improver: You spot inefficiencies and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo
Nice to Have
Experience with Ashby our ATS platform
Background in fintech, proptech, or high-growth startups
Experience building employer branding initiatives
Knowledge of UK employment law and right-to-work requirements
