What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end mortgage application journey. You will take responsibility from initial documentation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

• Be the trusted partner for clients and stakeholders. You will provide clear updates, anticipate challenges, and guide them confidently through each step.

• Bring structure and oversight. You will maintain rigorous documentation and pipeline management, ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain high.

• Drive innovation. You will apply your curiosity and passion for technology to reimagine how we deliver our mortgage offering, introducing new ways to scale impact.

What you’ll bring

• A background as a Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager, or in a similar role with proven experience overseeing buy to let cases.

• Strong CRM proficiency combined with a track record of detail-oriented execution.

• Energy for high-volume, fast-paced work while maintaining accuracy.

• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

• A customer-first mindset combined with creativity in solving problems.

This role will suit you if

• You have experience and knowledge in BTL mortgages.
