We are an international technology investment firm managing venture growth, secondary buy-out, and growth debt funds. We are looking for a skilled Accountant / Accounting & Finance Manager to join our Finance Team and play a key role in managing accounting, reporting, and financial analysis across our group of companies.

1. Accounting / Reporting / Audit / Tax

• Maintain accounting and reporting for all companies within the Group (operational entities, Funds, GPs, SPVs, etc.) using accounting software.
• Assist with quarterly VAT reports for Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
• Support quarterly books closure and financial statement preparation for Investment Funds and SPVs.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting, tax, and reporting tasks (e.g., tax rulings, compliance).
• Assist with deal structuring.
• Coordinate with external administrators and accountants.

2. Finance

• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis of portfolio companies.
• Support quarterly investment valuations.
• Perform various financial analyses and modeling on an as-needed basis.

3. Technology & Automation

• Take initiative or assist in automating financial and reporting processes.

4. Cross-Department Projects

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams on various projects.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis as required.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 3–7 years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Solid experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).
• Prior industry practice (public accounting only does not qualify).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Plus: Prior experience in investment funds or the financial industry.
