Flashpoint is a Venture Capital fund investing in pre-growth technology businesses with $500m AUM. Flashpoint is actively expanding its investor base, by attracting new family office investors, who are looking to add differentiated GPs capable of turning capital with return. Ideal candidates for this program are anyone with an active network among family offices, such as a professional services adviser who is actively servicing family offices on matters of finance, accounting, legal, admin, etc; a professional event organiser; an M&A adviser, etc.

An ideal candidate should be a smart, dynamic and proactive professional who demonstrates high self-motivation, intelligence, responsiveness and energy.

Requirements

Individuals who have an active network among family offices and high net worth individuals in the US.

Fluent in oral and written English.

What we offer

We work with partners on a fixed fee basis according to the selected plan:

• For every Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generated or
• For every Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generated or
• For broker-dealers in the US only, % from the commitment amount.

We will consider your application form within 15 business days of receiving it. If your experience meets our company's requirements, we will contact you. If you are in the US and do not hold a broker-dealer license, it will NOT be possible to compensate you on a commission basis. Rather, you may only be compensated for arranging meetings with MQLs and SQLs where such compensation is NOT related to whether or not such lead ultimately makes an investment.
