Crowded is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own performance marketing and demand generation end to end, from strategy to execution to measurement. You’ll work closely with content and design to ship campaigns that drive quality pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment serving the nonprofit sector.

Role overview

Own full funnel demand gen across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing, while also leading SEO and GEO strategy and optimization. Build and optimize campaigns, improve funnel conversion, and create clear performance visibility through reliable attribution and dashboards. Ensure our site stays technically strong, conversion-focused, and aligned with positioning, messaging, and growth priorities.

Key responsibilities

Full funnel demand gen

• Plan and execute media buying, with a strong focus on LinkedIn

• Partner with content and design to create high-performing ads and landing pages

• Own campaign messaging, creative direction, offers, and conversion paths across the funnel

• Run testing plans (ads, landing pages, email, targeting) and scale what works

• Manage external agencies (SEO, paid, creative, web) with clear briefs, KPIs, timelines, and quality control

• Execute and optimize SEO strategy including technical hygiene, on-page improvements, and content planning support

Marketing Ops

• Own lead lifecycle setup and governance: lifecycle stages, definitions, routing, SLAs, and handoffs with SDRs

• Build and maintain lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and segmentation

• Ensure clean attribution and tracking so we can coach and invest based on real data

• Create detailed dashboards and reporting that show performance by channel, campaign, cohort, and funnel stage

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand gen, or growth marketing in B2B

• Proven experience running LinkedIn ads and ABM programs

• Strong SEO experience, plus practical GEO experience

• Strong HubSpot experience including lifecycle, attribution, and lead scoring

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort building dashboards and working with funnel data

• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
