Role Summary
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment at Crowded. This person will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define roles, source top-tier candidates, build pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and strengthen Crowded’s employer brand. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with a lot of opportunity to shape how we hire as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads (Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Engineering) to define hiring needs, target candidates, role profiles, and success criteria.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions. Utilize direct sourcing, job boards, social media, referrals, and diversity‑oriented channels.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job descriptions, posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Implement tools/processes to track key recruiting metrics (e.g. time to fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness). Use data to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.
