CropX Technologies, an exciting and promising global start-up (110 employees globally) located in Poleg (Netanya) is looking for an excellent Supply Chain Manager to join our awesome team.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and manage company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. you will ensure the right amount of product is made at the right time and organize the shipment from distribution centers to customers, forecasting trends and managing inventories.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

· Secure the company’s delivery plan by managing the supply chain of the key suppliers including contract manufacturing, Turn-Key assemblies and technologies.

· Responsible for agreements with suppliers – negotiate proposals, prices and specifications, ensure performance and delivery on time

· Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry of electronics components, pcb manufacturing and assembly

· Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

· Inventory management

· Establish processes designed to optimize and improve work and measure KPI for purchasing

· Budget planning and control

· Controlling manufacturing and delivery processes

· Manage a small team and collaborate with other teams at the company.

· 7+ Years of experience in similar positions in a global high tech/industrial companies

· BA/MBA

· Previous experience in Electronics component & suppliers sourcing

· In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms

· Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and ability to “read” the market

· Knowledge in Priority ERP system – an advantage

· Excellent English.
