Your career as Head of Product Marketing at Booksy will give you the opportunity to lead our global product marketing function, driving revenue and expanding value across our entire suite of offerings. You’ll lead a high-performing team of professionals, partnering closely with our Creative Studio, Lifecycle, and local marketing teams to ensure our global initiatives resonate deeply across every market.

You’ll be excited by the prospect of shaping the go-to-market strategy for new and existing products, ensuring our messaging and positioning solve real challenges for our users. With a focus on multi-product adoption, your strategic mindset will see you identifying growth opportunities and leveraging data to optimize product-led growth on a global scale.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need:

• Deep expertise and success in leading Product Marketing functions for an mobile app-based company.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
• A strong background in executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Expertise in leveraging customer insights and competitive intelligence to define compelling product narratives.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to refine and optimize campaigns.
• Fluency in English.
