As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be a cornerstone of our CRM strategy. Your role goes beyond day-to-day maintenance; you will lead major projects, define architectural best practices, and serve as a technical mentor for the broader Admin team. You will be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned with our strategic business goals, specifically focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Governance

• Lead Major Projects: Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery (e.g., new Cloud implementations).

• Architectural Excellence: Define and enforce best practices and complex solution architecture across the platform.
• Design Review: Provide constructive feedback and design oversight for work produced by junior and mid-level team members.

Declarative Configuration & Automation

• Advanced Implementation: Build and optimize entire data models for functional areas (Sales, Service, etc.) using advanced configuration patterns.
• Complex Automation: Design and maintain sophisticated Flows across multiple objects, prioritizing performance and strictly adhering to Governor Limits.
• Standards Setting: Define and maintain naming conventions and documentation standards for all declarative work.

User Access & Security

• Security Architecture: Design and optimize security models for complex, multi-functional teams (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Compliance: Conduct regular security audits to ensure configuration meets internal and external compliance standards.

Data Management & Reporting

• Governance: Implement formal data governance, backup strategies, and data retention policies.
• Data Transformation: Manage large-scale data migration and cleanup projects.
• Executive Insights: Design high-level dashboards and reporting structures tailored for executive-level consumption and strategic decision-making.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a partner to the business by challenging requests and proposing strategic technical alternatives to meet the true user need.

Required Skills

• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of licensing models and capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Integrations: Proven experience managing third-party app integrations and managed packages.
• Technical Literacy: Strong conceptual understanding of Apex and LWC; ability to use basic APIs to facilitate data flow.
• Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Platform App Builder capabilities and limitations.

Certifications

• Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Required: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Required: Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Consultant
• Recommended: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
