Your career as B2B Manager at Booksy will give you the opportunity to drive the growth of our provider ecosystem in Spain, designing strategies that empower thousands of beauty and wellness entrepreneurs.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Spain, you will lead a hands-on, fast-moving, and autonomous mission to define the local B2B strategy. You won’t just be managing a funnel; you’ll be experimenting with digital and offline marketplace levers to unlock scale in a team that values data and intuition over ego.
Your impact and what you’ll lead:
- Drive the Spanish B2B strategy to deliver high-quality leads, conversions, and measurable funnel improvements.
- Lead high-impact growth initiatives using a test-and-learn approach and growth-hacking methodologies.
- Manage strategic partnerships and affiliate programs, overseeing our provider community and advocacy projects locally.
- Provide strategic direction for B2B events, ensuring our trade activities support brand credibility and lead generation goals.
- Optimise lifecycle communications, partnering with Global CRM and Product teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and high-quality.
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
- Proven, deep expertise in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking, or end-to-end ownership of B2B marketplace funnels (ideally within SaaS or Marketplace environments).
- A track record of success in driving lead generation, conversion rate optimisation, and acquisition scale.
- A 360 marketing profile, showing strength in both digital performance and offline marketplace levers.
- A data-literate mindset, with a highly structured approach to funnel decision-making and experience measuring lead volume, conversion, and retention impact.
- Expertise in designing and optimising B2B provider acquisition and retention mechanics.
- Influential stakeholder leadership, enabling fast, autonomous cross-functional execution without direct reports, in a dynamic growth environment.
- Deep working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Looker, and CMS platforms, used for tasks like landing page creation and email marketing coordination.
- Fluent English proficiency to work closely with global and cross-functional teams, combined with a high level of Spanish and hands-on experience in or strong knowledge of the Spanish market.
Some of the benefits we offer in Spain are:
