As an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be pivotal in shaping our financial future. Your primary purpose will be to lead the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and in-depth analysis for our SaaS revenue and related key metrics. This is a high-visibility role where you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to provide actionable strategic insights directly to senior management, helping to steer the company's growth trajectory.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Leading the preparation of global financial plans and annual budgets for the SaaS business unit, ensuring robust assumptions and accuracy.
  • Designing and maintaining complex financial models and forecasting tools to project performance and evaluate strategic initiatives.
  • Conducting detailed variance analysis and reporting to explain performance drivers and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Serving as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders (especially Operations), translating business objectives into measurable financial plans and metrics.
  • Handling, interpreting, and managing large, complex datasets to provide reliable, high-integrity financial insights.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need...

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Education in a finance-related field paired with the CIMA certification (ACMA or CGMA).
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting proficiency, demonstrated by prior active contribution to company-wide planning cycles, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Expert analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, particularly within the Operations side of the business.
  • Full English fluency for effective strategic partnership with global stakeholders.
