Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader ready to take on the challenge of leading and scaling a team in the fast-paced SaaS industry? As our Head of Sales in Spain, you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role is a perfect blend of leadership, strategy, and execution, requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.

You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a large sales team across multiple functions, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Sales Development. You'll not only be focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals but also on fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. If you're excited by the prospect of owning the sales budget, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales process, then you'll thrive at Booksy.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Extensive and proven experience in this role previously, within the SaaS/Marketplace industry (scale up).
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling field sales operations.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience managing teams of 40+ sales representatives.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytical skills to drive your strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
