As an Operations Analyst at Booksy, you'll be the backbone of our local Go-to-Market team in Spain, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You'll support our GTM leadership by executing day-to-day tasks and maintaining data accuracy, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Here's how you’ll make an impact:
- Support sales planning and execution. You’ll help with sales planning activities like territory assignments, quota documentation, and compensation tracking under the guidance of senior team members.
- Deliver data-driven insights. You’ll prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics for local GTM stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support the launch of new offers or campaigns.
- Track and report on key initiatives. You'll track and report on the progress of GTM initiatives, identifying issues or bottlenecks and escalating them as needed.
- Lead by example. You’ll participate in cross-functional meetings, taking notes and following up on action items to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify areas for improvement. You'll proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Proven, hands-on experience in a high-growth environment such as a consulting firm, startup, or scale-up.
- Basic proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- A natural curiosity and an analytical mindset for solving problems and suggesting improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
