We're looking for an Operations Manager to be a core part of our go-to-market (GTM) team. In this role, you won't just support the business; you'll be instrumental in shaping our GTM strategy and operational efficiency in Poland. You'll drive key initiatives, ensure our processes are smooth and our data is accurate, and directly contribute to the success of our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Drive the execution of sales planning activities and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new offers and campaigns.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in GTM programs, suggesting and implementing improvements to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain data accuracy and prepare vital reports on sales performance and other key metrics.
  • Process Management: Assist in managing our operating cadence and ensure day-to-day operational tasks are executed effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical link between various teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on GTM initiatives.

To ensure you succeed in this role, you're going to need:

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally within high-growth start-up/scale-up environments, with an interest in Sales or Operations area.
  • Prior experience cooperating with Sales, Operations or/and Marketing teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track of records in project management and coordination of process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and clear process documentation.
  • An analytical mindset and curiosity to solve problems and suggest improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
  • Fluent Polish and English (C1) for effective communication, documentation, and presentations.

It will also help you to have…

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
