Your career as a B2C Campaign Manager at Booksy will focus on expanding our user base and engagement in Poland. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, activate users, promote new service categories, and foster a positive brand image.

You’ll propose creative marketing ideas, manage media campaigns across various channels, collaborate on digital and CRM campaigns, and coordinate seasonal consumer campaigns. You will also work closely with agencies and internal marketing teams to deliver campaign assets and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Ideation & Innovation: propose creative, distinctive, and buzz-worthy marketing ideas that generate local virality and resonate with target audiences. Ensure campaigns are fresh, engaging, as well as focused on delivering relevant business goals.
  • Manage media campaigns across various channels, including:
    • Collaborate in the creation of performance-oriented digital campaigns
    • Collaborate on CRM campaigns and activations aimed at our current user base.
    • Coordinate seasonal consumer campaigns: ATL (e.g., OOH, TV) and digital (e.g. online video, display advertising).
    • Work closely with media agencies, media buying houses, and creative agencies on day-to-day operations and the organization of tenders.
  • Take ownership of delivering necessary campaign assets, including the delivery of graphic designs and copy, and ensuring proper tracking implementation.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Establish a clear reporting framework to measure and communicate campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven results.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, consumer behavior trends, and emerging marketing channels in Poland to ensure campaigns are ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams within the company, including Digital, CRM/LCM, Creative, and Product Marketing, and support global marketing teams in localizing global campaigns for the Polish market.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C marketing campaign management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and various online advertising channels (including digital, ATL).
  • Experience with CRM channels and developing effective user activation strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with external agencies (media, creative).
  • Experience in creating or briefing creative assets (visuals and copy) and understanding the creative development process.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking methodologies and analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
