As a Junior New Category Sales Specialist your purpose will be to support our expansion into new markets in the area of physiotherapy!

Main responsibilities:

  • Driving sales of SaaS and Boost products in the new category – physiotherapy.
  • Actively acquiring new customers and managing the entire sales cycle – from first contact to deal closure.
  • Establishing contact with decision-makers and conducting sales conversations (via phone and online).
  • Conducting market research and tailoring sales activities to meet specific customer needs and trends in the medical sector.
  • Creating product demonstrations and assisting clients in configuring the application according to their needs.
  • Managing client relationships – from initial contact through the onboarding process.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need..

  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry) and knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to the specific needs.
  • Strong internal motivation to achieve set goals and a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships, with a focus on successively expanding the client portfolio.
  • Proactive approach to building customer relationships through social networks.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.

  • Good knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
