Reporting to our Global Talent Lead, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our Talent team delivers against our ambitious hiring goals in 2025. You’ll enjoy sourcing talent, working with hiring managers across the globe and securing top talent to enable the next phase of Booksy’s growth.

Our Team

Our Talent Acquisition team (12 currently…soon to be 13 with you) is globally distributed across the UK, US, Spain, and Poland. With our growth trajectory, we're currently implementing a centralized global TA strategy (center of excellence) and are in the midst of building out best in class talent processes, frameworks and reporting capabilities. As part of this journey, you will be set up for success by having access to a LinkedIn Recruiter license, local job-boards and other localized tools. We are open to hear what has worked well for you and where we can double down our investment to ensure success.

Personal Skills

We’re looking for someone with experience recruiting technical candidates across a start-up / scale-up landscape. You will have an eagle eye for identifying, approaching, nurturing and attracting the best technical talent to Booksy. We have some great foundations to build upon and strategically we are looking for you to create a seamless, effective interview / assessment process that allows us to assess candidates from both a technical and cultural perspective.

When you're not identifying the best Product Managers, Software Engineers or Data specialists you will ensure your educating and upskilling our hiring managers and providing insights, market maps, competitor analysis and status updates / reports. You will have free rain on how you identify, connect and bring onboard the best Tech talent to Booksy whether that be sending hyper-personalized content, crafting enticing messaging, creating nurturing newsletters, attending meet-ups & events, headhunting and of course we are excited for you to educate us on other channels that you have used.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in tech recruitment (engineering, product, data teams)
  • Talent attraction – agency and in-house experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience of the tech sector and start up/scale up environment would be ideal.
  • Relevant experience with sourcing tools (Linkedin, Github, Stack Overflow etc.)
  • A passion for creating talent pipelines, networks and competitor market maps and attending industry specific events (WomenInTech, MindTheProduct, ProductTank etc).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with an even temperament and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to mix long-term strategic work with short-term priorities.
  • Strong admin and organizational skills– ideally helping to build new processes and systems.
  • Strong reporting capabilities (tracking in-put and out-put metrics)
  • Strong Interview design experience allowing us to enhance quality of hire whilst ensuring we attract the best
  • This is a fully remote position, we take pride in being a globally distributed team.
