Our Key Account team is part of the customer success and manages the entire post-sales cycle with large accounts. You will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of high value for Booksy. You will do the onboarding with them to set up the profile and you will also be the support to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also have direct and personalized contact, attend face-to-face visits, trade shows and events when necessary.
