In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a Senior IT Specialist.
We are aiming to create and implement standardized processes and best practices that will serve the entire organization. Our daily tasks include supporting a wide range of IT services, troubleshooting technical issues, and proactively improving user experiences. We work closely with the Security team on a daily basis to ensure compliance. Additionally, we frequently collaborate with the People & Culture and Finance teams to align IT services with organizational needs and ensure smooth operations across departments. We are looking for team members who are passionate about driving global standardization, bringing innovative ideas, and contributing to building a world-class service desk.
Your responsibilities:
- Resolving ongoing technical problems reported on the ticketing system face-to-face and remotely.
- Purchasing, preparing and configuring and maintaining the inventory of equipment for employees and contractors.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting computers, printers and other peripherals.
- Managing SaaS applications, overseeing access control, optimizing licensing, and ensuring cost-effective use of cloud-based tools to align with organizational needs and security standards.
- Managing APIs, Make, PowerShell, and command-line tools. Efficiently automating workflows, integrating systems, and leveraging scripting and terminal commands to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Assist in maintaining the network infrastructure in the office.
- Support in the creation and implementation of security policies and IT procedures in Booksy.
- Actively participating in the process of declaring IT hardware and software purchase invoices.
- Taking part in global IT initiatives around Digital Workplace and Endpoint Management.
- Administration of users in Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365.
