In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of our business, we are seeking a Corporate and Securities Counsel to provide legal guidance on a variety of corporate matters.
In this role, you will:
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, equity, and securities matters.
- Offer guidance and coordinate support for fundraising efforts, including venture capital financings and private secondary market transactions.
- Draft and manage legal documentation such as resolutions, stock transfer agreements (STAs), minutes, and other forms of corporate communication.
- Advise on company reporting, governance, management, strategic transactions, and other corporate projects and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, in-house counsel, external advisors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the circulation and archiving of legal documentation.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
