As we continue to scale and develop our Finance department, we are recruiting a Treasury Manager to oversee and manage our global treasury operations. This will include responsibility for cash flow management and ensuring liquidity, building treasury policies and procedures, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee daily cash positions across our different entities to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning processes.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with global banking partners to optimize banking services and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Oversee and monitor compliance with the terms of the revolving credit facility including covenant calculations .
  • Developing and executing treasury processes, policies and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including AML and KYC.
  • Implement and maintain treasury management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Working closely with the Accounting team and other finance teams (Tax, FP&A and reporting) to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and achieve alignment on financial goals and strategies.
  • Leading and developing a small team of treasury professionals.
  • Identify, assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, operational and credit risks.
