The role

We’re looking for a Junior Hospitality Operations Specialist to join our team as maternity leave cover. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day operational tasks, including conducting property inspections, resolving issues quickly, and planning maintenance to keep our apartments in top shape. You’ll also perform housekeeping quality audits and manage supplier relationships, helping us maintain our high standards. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, effective time management, confident decision-making, and a positive, can-do attitude, whether working independently or as part of the team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide a world-class hospitality experience for our guests.
• Perform property inspections to proactively plan and execute maintenance works, ensuring our apartments maintain their high-quality standards.
• Be the go-to troubleshooter for reactive operations tasks, swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
• Conduct thorough housekeeping quality audits to maintain our ridiculously high cleanliness standards for guests and effectively manage our supplier partnerships.
• Challenge conventional practices, pushing yourself and our teams to recognise best practices and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Establish, improve, and implement Bob's standard operating procedures.
• Manage Health & Safety compliance within your assigned property.

Our 5-star candidate has:

• Passionate customer service-driven attitude for delivering world-class guest experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential operational issues proactively.
  
• Preferably, 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in apart-hotel or operations roles.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Estonian.
